This is an antacid which can reduce the acid in the stomach. This is used to relieve heartburn, upset stomach, acid indigestion, and other conditions. Aluminum Hydroxide Gel USP can be used in patients suffering from esophagitis, gastritis, hiatal hernia, peptic ulcer, and others. This is an active medicament of the Antacid Formulations, which is used to make Inks, catalysts carrier, Lake colors, etc.
